General Conference Information

1) What are the conference dates?
  • For CaseWare employees Tuesday, May 17 - Wednesday, May 18, 2022
  • For CaseWare distributors Tuesday, May 17 - Thursday, May 19, 2022
  • For CaseWare partners, customers and prospects Wednesday, May 18 - Thursday, May 19, 2022

2) What is included in registration?

In person registration includes: 

  • Access to all events for the selected registered day(s)
  • Lunch and refreshments for the selected registered days 
  • Access to the free Cvent app and attendee Hub to help you make the most of the experience 

Virtual registration: 

  • Access to a livestream of all events for the selected registered day(s) (except the tech showcase & lunch)
  • Access to the free Cvent app and attendee Hub to help you make the most of the experience 

3) Are there any registration restrictions?

Registration for CwX is limited to CaseWare employees, partners and customers. Representatives of companies with products or services that compete with CaseWare products and services are prohibited from attending. 

4) How do I modify my registration?

IN PERSON

  • Click “Already Registered” at the top right corner of your screen next to Register Now
  • Enter first name, last name, and email address you used to register.
  • You’ll receive a verification code to access login.
  • Once logged in, select ‘Modify’ from the top navigation.
  • Make modification as necessary. Click the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of each page to proceed.
  • Once you have made all modifications, select ‘Finish’ from the Summary page

VIRTUAL

  • Click “Already Registered” from the event website.
  • Enter first name, last name, and email address you used to register.
  • You’ll receive a verification code to access login.
  • Once logged in, click the 'Modify Registration' button.
  • Make modification as necessary. Click the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of each page to proceed.
  • Once you have made all modifications, select ‘Finish’ from the Summary page.

5) How do I get an invoice? 
 
Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation which will include your invoice. Please reach out to marketing@caseware.com if you need more information regarding your invoice.
After you complete registration, you will be able to share the event with friends and colleagues via social media.

7) What is the registration cancellation policy?

IN PERSON

CaseWare’s top priority is the health & safety of our attendees and making it easier for you to join us at Cwx in Toronto. We understand that everyone’s situation may be subject to change. As a result, we have implemented a risk-free registration process. Cancellation Deadline is May 10th, 11:59 PM PT.

In-Person Cancellation Terms:

  • After you register, if you are no longer able to attend in-person in Toronto, the deadline to request a full refund is May 10th, 11:59 PM PT. Your cancellation must be received by the stated cancellation deadline and will be accepted in writing only to: connect@caseware.com. If you decide to cancel after this date, your refund will not be processed. No shows for the event will not receive a refund or credit.
  • This cancellation policy applies to registration for the CwX. This cancellation policy is not applicable to sponsorship & exhibitor agreements. Please see your sponsorship and exhibitor agreement for CaseWare’s cancellation policy for sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Travel Restrictions: If due to COVID-19 travel restrictions are imposed in the state or country from which you are traveling prevents your in-person attendance, CaseWare will refund the full amount of your registration for CwX.
  • Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
  • Please note if you are unable to make it in-person, you still have the option to attend virtually

VIRTUAL

After you register, if you are no longer able to attend the event virtually over the conference dates, a full refund of your registration fee will be available if you cancel by May 10th, 11:59 PM PT. After this date, your Virtual registration is non-refundable as content can be viewed at any point on demand.

Technology 

1) What technology is powering CwX?
CwX is powered by the Cvent platform. Everything from event registration, the Attendee Hub (web version and event app), appointments scheduling, onsite solutions, the post-event feedback survey, and MORE, is all housed on the Cvent platform. 
 
2) Will there be a mobile app?
Yes! Only the finest for our attendees! The event app will be available for download shortly before the event starts. You will receive an email when it is available to download and be notified during the event when you sign in in the lobby.
 

Health and Safety 

1) What are your safety protocols?

CaseWare’s #1 priority is the health and safety of our attendees, employees, and staff supporting CwX. In partnership with Metro Toronto Convention Centre, CaseWare will adhere to all official government and local authority guidance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations. We will continue to monitor the evolving situation and guidelines.

  • Duty of Care Measures – as of March 31, 2022

In partnership with Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC), CaseWare will adhere to all official government and local authority guidance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations. 

MTCC has been awarded a Safe Travels Stamp by the World Travel and Tourism Council. The Safe Travels Stamp is an international symbol designed to allow travelers to recognize governments and companies around the world which have adopted proper health and hygiene standardized protocols – so individuals can experience ‘safe travels’. 

We will continue to monitor the evolving situation and guidelines. The safety of our attendees and staff are our highest priority. Safety measures listed below are in accordance with the Government of Canada and local authority guidelines. CaseWare cannot provide specific risk levels for event activities. It is important to consider your own personal situation and the risk to you, other attendees and staff before participating.

  • All CaseWare employees supporting the onsite experience at CwX will be vaccinated.
  • In accordance with the Government of Ontario, attendees will no longer be required to wear facial coverings at CwX. We will not require proof of vaccination; however, we encourage attendees who are not fully vaccinated or immunocompromised to consider wearing a mask and exercise safe social interactions.
  • CaseWare is offering a hands-free check-in experience to minimize touch points during the check-in process. Attendees will simply scan their provided QR code with their phone and print out their badge.
  • Custom signage will be placed throughout the venue advising required health and safety protocol and attendee behavior expectations.

2) What if I have dietary restrictions?

There is an opportunity to indicate special dietary restrictions during the registration process. Please note that CaseWare will do everything in it’s power to accommodate restrictions and allergies.
